Abstract Achieving work-life balance is crucial for enhancing job productivity and organizational success. This study examines the relationship between work-life balance and job performance using a quantitative approach with 200 respondents. Findings reveal a significant positive correlation, with work-life balance accounting for 23.3% of the variance in job productivity. The study underscores the value of promoting flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, and digital detox strategies to boost employee well-being and performance. Limitations include reliance on self-reported data and sector-specific sampling. Future research should explore additional factors such as organizational culture and job demands.
