Abstract | This research paper aims to evaluate the financial implications of the acquisition of Thyrocare Technologies by PharmEasy, a landmark deal in the Indian healthcare and diagnostics sector. The study assesses key financial indicators such as revenue growth, profitability, debt ratios, and operational efficiency before and after the acquisition. By analyzing financial reports, industry trends, and strategic moves, the paper offers insights into how the acquisition impacted the financial stability and growth trajectory of both entities.
