Abstract Consumer behavior studies how individuals, groups, and organizations make decisions related to purchasing, using, and disposing of goods and services. It examines the motivations, influences, and processes that drive these choices, providing valuable insights for businesses and researchers. Understanding consumer behavior is crucial for developing effective marketing strategies, predicting market trends, and ensuring ethical business practices.
Consumer behaviour is the study of how individuals, groups and organizations select, buy, use and dispose of goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. In this research I found that Tirumala Dairy is not concentrating on dealers, so dealers motivation is must.
