Abstract | This research explores the influence of store layout on two critical aspects of retail success: customer experience and operational efficiency. The study aims to identify how different store layouts—grid, loop, free-flow, and others—affect customer satisfaction, navigation ease, and purchasing behaviour. It also examines their impact on operational processes such as inventory management, employee productivity, and space utilization. By analysing qualitative and quantitative data, the research seeks to provide actionable insights for retailers to optimize store layouts for enhanced customer engagement and streamlined operations. |
