Author(s) Ms. Prachi Kushwah, Ms. Abhilasha Dubey

Abstract This paper examines the blow of cross-cultural human resource (HR) practices on Indian companies, and the crucial role culture plays in determining individuals and organizations. With globalization driving diverse teams to work together, HR managers must establish effective systems to manage cultural differences and prevent conflicts. Variations in values, communication styles, and perspectives can lead to misunderstandings, confusion about roles, and employee dissatisfaction. In a culturally diverse country like India, these challenges are amplified, especially as companies increasingly operate on a global scale. Effectively navigating cross-cultural dynamics is necessary for maintaining a productive and consistent work environment.
