Abstract | Managing healthcare appointments is often insufficient, leading to missed bookings, scheduling conflicts, and poor communication between patients and doctors. MediLink is a healthcare application developed using Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, shadCN, Appwrite, and Twilio, designed to bridge this gap. The platform enables patients to register, book, manage, and cancel appointments with ease, while offering doctors a streamlined dashboard for scheduling and communication. It integrates real-time SMS notifications using Twilio and connects with healthcare device data to enhance patient care. MediLink prioritizes user experience, responsive design, and system scalability for modern healthcare environments. |
