| Abstract | The concept of the circular economy has gained widespread attention as an essential model for sustainable development. By promoting the reuse, recycling, and efficient use of resources, circular economy principles help minimize waste and reduce the environmental impact of production processes. Tata Motors, a leader in the Indian automotive industry, has embraced circular economy principles in its commercial vehicle segment to address the growing need for environmental sustainability. This research paper explores how Tata Motors integrates circular economy strategies within its commercial vehicle manufacturing and operations. By focusing on product life-cycle management, sustainable manufacturing, material recovery, and end-of-life vehicle recycling, this paper examines the key initiatives and challenges Tata Motors faces in incorporating circular economy concepts, ultimately contributing to a greener future for the commercial vehicle industry. |
