Abstract This review explores the impact of smoking on lung function in individuals with non-allergic asthma and examines the role of homeopathic medicine in managing respiratory symptoms. Spirometry is used to evaluate lung capacity and assess the effectiveness of interventions. A systematic review of existing literature highlights the association between smoking and reduced pulmonary function while discussing the potential of homeopathy as a complementary treatment. Despite mixed findings on homeopathy, smoking cessation remains a primary recommendation for improving lung health. The study underscores the need for high-quality clinical trials to establish the role of homeopathy in asthma management.
