Abstract | This study aimed to determine the impact of technology integration and administrative support on teacher turnover in public schools in the Third District of Bukidnon. The respondents were public school teachers from the district. Using a descriptive-correlational design, the study assessed teachers’ perceptions of technology integration-focusing on availability of resources, training, technical support, and its impact on teaching-and administrative support, including communication, recognition, professional development, and resource allocation. It also examined internal and external factors influencing teacher turnover and explored the relationships among these variables. Results showed that teachers reported a high level of technology integration (mean = 4.01) and strong administrative support (mean = 3.95). Both factors were associated with low teacher turnover (mean = 3.78), with external and internal factors contributing minimally. Correlation analysis revealed significant positive relationships between technology integration (r = 0.695) and administrative support (r = 0.784) with reduced turnover, with administrative support exerting a stronger influence. Multiple regression analysis identified resource allocation as the best predictor of teacher turnover (β = 0.493), followed by recognition and appreciation (β = 0.220), availability of resources (β = 0.190), and communication (β = 0.139), collectively explaining 72.3% of the variance in turnover. These findings highlight the critical role of fair and adequate resource distribution and supportive leadership in retaining teachers. The study recommends enhancing access to technology and training, improving administrative communication and recognition, fostering a positive school culture, addressing personal challenges, and prioritizing equitable resource allocation to reduce teacher turnover and improve educational outcomes. |
