Abstract | This study examines the sources of awareness and operational challenges related to technological innovations in microfinance institutions (MFIs), focusing on employee and manager perspectives. Using a mixed-methods approach, data was collected from 150 respondents (100 employees and 50 managers) across selected MFIs in India. The findings reveal that awareness of technological advancements is primarily driven by direct communication channels (staff guidance, email, mobile services) and structured training programs, highlighting the importance of multi-channel information dissemination. |
