Abstract | This study explored healthcare professionals' experiences with the implementation of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Law, highlighting its benefits and challenges. Among the most valued aspects of CPD are goal-oriented learning, self-directed growth, and adaptability—especially in integrating new technologies to enhance patient care and align with long-term career goals. Despite challenges such as time constraints and the cost of CPD programs, healthcare professionals remain highly engaged. They find CPD content relevant to current practices and express confidence in using digital learning platforms, demonstrating adaptability and a strong commitment to continuous learning. |
