Abstract This study evaluates vision quality and patient satisfaction following the implantation of the Supraphob Regen trifocal intraocular lens (IOL). We conducted a retrospective cohort study involving 36 eyes from 18 subjects who underwent bilateral implantation within 7-30 days. Vision parameters, including uncorrected distance, intermediate, and near visual acuities, were measured alongside postoperative manifest refraction and contrast sensitivity. Results indicated that 94.44% of patients achieved spectacle independence and high satisfaction, with minimal need for corrective eyewear. The Supraphob Regen trifocal IOL demonstrated excellent visual performance and patient outcomes, addressing the demands for improved near and intermediate vision post-cataract surgery.
