Abstract Pre experimental research design was used to evaluate the effectiveness of eye exercises on visual problems among computer workers. Samples were assessed for visual problems using visual acuity assessment and scale and pupillary size assessed by light assessment scale with help of convenient sampling technique, the researcher selected the 38 samples by consecutive sampling technique.
