Abstract | The Real Estate Starter Project aims to provide a responsive, feature-rich platform for property listings, built using modern frontend technologies such as React.js and Material UI. This paper discusses the theories and practices guiding the project, including component-based architecture, responsive and user-centered design, and state management. The methodology follows agile principles for continuous improvement through user feedback. Key features include user authentication, property search and filter capabilities, and backend integration using Node.js and MySQL. The platform is designed for accessibility and performance across various devices. |
