Abstract | The research investigates the impact of developing early leadership skills during the educational phase on subsequent success in corporate careers, focusing on students in Bangalore. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining survey data and case studies to assess how participation in leadership activities during school and college correlates with professional achievement, adaptability, and interpersonal effectiveness in the workplace. The findings suggest a significant positive relationship between early leadership exposure and enhanced career outcomes, including accelerated promotions, improved communication skills, and better team collaboration. This study underscores the importance of embedding structured leadership training within academic curricula and provides practical recommendations for educators and policymakers to nurture future-ready professionals. |
