Abstract According to World Health Organization (WHO) mental health is defined as a state of subjective wellbeing, in which an individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stressors of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his or her community this study aims to aware college going students regarding the mental health problems caused due to excessive stress and anxiety and also about the help seeking behavior during any problems as such.
