Abstract | Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the way value is created across enterprises, industries, communities, and society at large. As a rapidly evolving technology, AI has proven to be highly relevant in numerous global sectors. This widespread applicability has led to its integration into various business operations and industrial systems. Among its many applications, AI has shown significant promise in the field of cyber security. Cyber security itself has emerged as a critical concern in the tech-driven world, particularly as more companies adopt advanced information technologies in their operations. With the increasing reliance on digital infrastructure, there is a growing need for robust security frameworks to protect sensitive data and systems from cyber threats. This necessity has spurred a parallel rise in cyber security initiatives, with AI playing a vital role in enhancing their effectiveness. In recent years, machine learning—a subset of AI—has become a fundamental component of modern cyber security tools, offering the ability to detect, analyze, and respond to threats with speed and precision. This paper explores the intersection of AI and cyber security through a comprehensive review, aiming to assess the impact of AI technologies on securing digital environments. |
