Abstract In the fast-paced and demanding nature of today’s work environment, achieving a healthy work-life balance has become increasingly important for safeguarding employees’ mental health. This study examines the relationship between work-life balance and mental well-being, highlighting how workplace stressors, long working hours, and lack of flexibility can negatively impact mental health. Through data collected from employees across various sectors, the research identifies key factors influencing both work-life balance and mental wellness, including workload, support systems, and organizational culture. The findings reveal that employees with better work-life balance report lower stress levels, greater emotional resilience, and improved overall mental health. The study concludes that implementing supportive policies—such as flexible scheduling, mental health resources, and workload management—can significantly enhance employee well-being and organizational performance. Recommendations are provided to help employers create a more balanced and mentally healthy work environment.
