Abstract	This study aims to analyze the financial health and performance of the Salem District Cooperative Milk Producers Union Limited (SDCMPU), Salem, through comprehensive financial ratio analysis. Financial ratios serve as crucial tools in understanding the operational efficiency, profitability, liquidity, and solvency of an organization. By examining key ratios such as liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, leverage ratios, and efficiency ratios over a specific period, this research seeks to provide valuable insights into the financial stability and performance trends of SDCMPU. The study utilizes audited financial statements and annual reports as primary data sources. The findings are expected to aid management in identifying strengths and areas of improvement, thereby facilitating better financial decision-making and strategic planning. Moreover, the analysis contributes to understanding how cooperative milk unions function in a competitive and dynamic dairy industry environment.
