Abstract | Effective crisis management in client relationships is essential for maintaining trust, ensuring operational continuity, and protecting brand credibility. Even when global disruptions such as economic downturns, pandemics, or industry based challenges like talent shortage, mass layoffs, crises can severely affect the relations between recruiting companies and clients. This paper explores key strategies, case studies and problem solving practices for managing crisis in client relationship that leads to transparency, emphasised communication and enhanced service delivery on each part. Through analysing the real world issues at hand, this paper offers a practical framework for organisations to build resilience and strengthen client bonds through strategic collaboration and crisis management. |
