Abstract | Entrepreneurship plays a major role in employment generation and economic development. This study focuses on highlighting the importance of women entrepreneurs. It notes that, while women play a crucial role in society, their entrepreneurial potential remains largely untapped due to societal challenges and lower status. The purpose of the article is to understand the challenges faced by women in India and to provide examples of successful women entrepreneurs who have overcome these obstacles, along with suggestions to encourage women's entrepreneurial spirit. |
