Abstract This research paper examines how constitutional frameworks across democracies address the challenge of terrorism while balancing national security with fundamental rights. In an era of heightened security threats, countries have increasingly implemented stringent anti-terrorism laws, often invoking constitutional authority. However, these measures raise significant questions about individual rights, judicial oversight, and the scope of state power.
