Abstract | Social-Emotional development of school students is a burning issue for research field in now days. Each face of Social- Emotional development is very essential for students if any step of social-emotional forming not completed students will falling deep trouble because social-emotional training cultivated basic life skills like empathy, self-awareness and responsible citizen duties towards society, strong bond among peer group. This paper main aim to explore significance of school programmed to build social and emotional human being or could improve person’s overall quality of life. The study also reveals a conceptual analysis of social-emotional quality of human and clarifying type and deconstructing various programmed organized by school. A mixed method research design was used to interpret existing plans across multiple educational factors. The study found that well planned Social-emotional curriculum design significantly influence students’ behavior, academic achievement and emotional stable human being. This article also suggests importance recommendations for policy-makers and school administrators. |
