Abstract | Indigo, one of the largest and the most preferred airlines in India, with the philosophy to offer courteous and hazel free travel experience, affordable flight and flights on time, with its fleet of more than 300 planes and operating 1800 flights daily had been in news for supply chain issues. To overcome the supply chain issues Indigo’s Management implemented strategies to reduce the impact of crises. The essay will analyse if IA(Indigo Airlines) could reduce impact of crisis leading to Research Question: To what extent the strategies implemented by Indigo airlines helped to reduce the impact of crises due to supply change issues? under the concept of Change.Change refers to modification in the way business is conducted as a response to internal and external factors. Change arises when factors that influences the operations of the organization do not stay the same. This process should be managed carefully ("Attention Required!").The essay will look into, if IA’s response could reduce the impact crisis of supply chain in response to the change in external factors. |
