Abstract | This Paper highlights the significant impact of technological advancements on education, necessitating a shift in teaching methodologies. It emphasizes the importance of continuous professional development (CPD) for educators to enhance their skills and effectively integrate digital tools into their teaching practices. The paper discusses the National Education Policy (NEP) and its initiatives to provide diverse training opportunities, including local and online resources, to ensure teachers are equipped with relevant knowledge and pedagogical skills. By fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, the paper suggests strategies that educational institutions can better prepare teachers and students for success in an increasingly digital world, ultimately improving student outcomes and bridging educational gaps. |
