Abstract | The integration of e-learning tools in English language classrooms has become increasingly essential in modern education, particularly following the global shift toward digital learning environments. This paper examines the technological barriers that educators face when implementing e-learning tools and presents evidence-based strategies for successful integration. Through analysis of current literature and case studies, this research identifies key obstacles including infrastructure limitations, teacher training deficits, student digital literacy gaps, and resistance to change. The paper proposes a comprehensive framework for overcoming these barriers, emphasizing the importance of systematic planning, professional development, technical support, and stakeholder engagement. Findings suggest that successful e-learning implementation requires a multifaceted approach that addresses both technical and pedagogical challenges while maintaining focus on learning outcomes. |
