Abstract This study presents the development and validation of a simple, specific, accurate, and precise stability-indicating reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method for the simultaneous estimation of Teneligliptin, Dapagliflozin, and Metformin in a combined dosage form. The method was successfully validated as per ICH guidelines and demonstrated to be suitable for routine quality control and stability assessment
