Author(s) Mr. Mohammed Jassam Salim, Dr. Bhari Girish Dave Girish Dave
Country India
Abstract This paper explores how cultural displacement influences the search for identity in the works of Sheba Karim and Emily Nasrallah. Through a comparative analysis of selected novels, it examines how the characters navigate between cultural loss, memory, and self-redefinition. Despite their different cultural backgrounds Pakistani-American and Lebanese their texts converge in depicting displacement as both a physical and emotional journey toward selfhood
