Abstract | Artificial Intelligence (AI) in academic libraries is transforming the landscape of information management and service delivery. This research article explores the opportunities and challenges presented by AI-driven tools in enhancing academic library services. It examines different useful AI applications, such as chatbots, recommendation systems, automated cataloging, and predictive analytics, and their impact on improving user experience, streamlining workflows, and optimizing collection management. The study also addresses the ethical considerations and potential challenges associated with AI integration, including data privacy, and the changing roles of librarians. The findings of this research add to the expanding body of knowledge on the strategic implementation of AI technologies in academic library services to satisfy the evolving needs of library users in the digital era. |
