From Global Standards to Marginalised Spaces- Gender Justice Worldwide and among Tribal Communities in India
Author(s) | Prof. Shoba Hegde, Mr. Srivatsa B Naidu |

Country | India |
Abstract | The study employs a comparative methodology, drawing from international conventions, landmark judgments, and ethnographic accounts to analyse how gender justice is conceptualised and operationalised across different settings. Ultimately, the paper argues for a more inclusive and intersectional approach to gender justice one that recognises both global aspirations and localised struggles, especially in the case of indigenous and marginalised communities. |
