One of the main ways in which digital technologies can encourage sustainable tourism is by providing travellers with easy access to information about sustainable travel options. This paper identifies the challenges and opportunities associated with the integration of digital technologies in sustainable tourism. The results emphasize the importance of harnessing digital technologies to refuel sustainable tourism practices in India, providing recommendations for further integrating digital technologies into sustainable tourism practice.
