Abstract Quality of Life (QOL) is an important patient-reported outcome in both clinical
and demographic studies. Measuring QOL is increasingly essential for evaluating healthy aging and determining the effectiveness of interventions aimed at promoting it. QOL encompasses both subjective experiences and objective conditions and is typically categorized into domains such as physical, psychological, social, and functional well-being. Various factors—such as
socioeconomic status, ethnicity, overall health, community environment, social relationships, personal attitudes, and beliefs—can influence an individual’s quality of life.
