| Abstract | This research examines the utilization of the Special Education Fund (SEF) within the Brigada Eskwela (BE) program in public secondary schools in Baguio City, Philippines. Brigada Eskwela is a nationwide initiative that promotes community involvement in school maintenance and preparation. The SEF, funded by a 1% tax on real property, is intended to support the improvement of school facilities and services. The study aims to evaluate how SEF funds are being used to enhance the Brigada Eskwela program, identify challenges in SEF utilization, and propose strategies for optimizing resource allocation to improve the learning environment. |
