Abstract | Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental condition often associated with deficits in social interaction, communication, and motor skills. Sleep plays a crucial role in the physical, cognitive, and motor development of children. Adequate sleep quality has been associated with better attention, learning, and motor coordination. Conversely, poor sleep can negatively affect neuromuscular function and gross and fine motor skills. |
