Abstract | In the competitive landscape of industries, it is crucial to gather accurate data and analyse this data for the purpose of enhancing the company's growth and daily operations. The world is increasingly becoming more reliant on technology due to globalization, which necessitates that organizations to maintain their competitiveness. Human resource management (HRM) has become more vital than ever. Technological advancements also present the opportunity to optimize tasks that were previously performed by humans. Consequently, it is imperative to assess and understand the potential impact that technology may have on HRM, particularly in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, and learning and development. The primary objective of this study is to analyse the absence of AI in HR. It seeks to explore where AI can be integrated into HR processes to enhance efficiency, as well as to examine the implications of incorporating AI into these processes. |
