| Abstract | This study developed a proposal to institutionalize the Robidoux Middle School (RMS) Care Center, a support hub addressing students’ behavioral, academic, and emotional needs. Using the CIPP evaluation model, the research assessed the current Care Center’s structure, identified operational gaps, and recommended integration into the school’s framework. Findings revealed strengths in its multi-tiered support, counseling, case management, and career planning services, while challenges included limited resources, staffing shortages, and inconsistent program delivery. The study emphasized adopting evidence-based approaches like Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) to improve outcomes. The proposal advocates for enhanced data-driven monitoring, expanded staff professional development, and securing sustainable funding. This work advances understanding of embedding student support systems in middle schools and offers practical guidance for educators and policymakers. Institutionalizing the RMS Care Center aims to create an effective, replicable model for fostering comprehensive student growth and academic achievement in similar educational settings. |
