Abstract | Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana - Ayushman Bharat” (PM JAY-AB), it is also known as “Ayushman Bharat” or National Health Protection Scheme which consist of two major parameters. National Health Protection Mission – to provide cashless treatment to patients and Wellness Canters - to provide primary care to the patients. In India, there is lack of awareness of any scheme launched by government especially in the rural areas. with a view to this; the study was conducted to assess the level of awareness and utilization regarding PMJAY among community people. To find out the association between level of awareness with their selected socio demographic variables.
