Abstract This study examines the district-wise development and stability of MSMEs across Uttar Pradesh, The analysis is based on secondary data collected at five different points in time, allowing for a comparative understanding of industrial progress and lag across districts. The study evaluates four key parameters: industrial concentration, productivity, employability, and infrastructure and investment. These indicators help capture both the scale and quality of industrial activities within each district. By analyzing these factors, the paper seeks to identify districts imbalances and provide insights for policy formulation aimed at achieving more balanced and inclusive industrial growth. The paper is organized into five main sections: introduction, literature review, objectives, methodology, and conclusion, offering a comprehensive approach to understanding industrial disparity in the state.
