Abstract Industrial Clusters are creating innovation and leading the main role of industrial development. Cluster is growth engine for Indian economy because it can provides like as employment opportunity, technology progress, skilled worker, research progress etc. Industrial Clusters output major share of production and employment, so it is more important for study. This paper we will analyze the role of Clusters in Gorakhpur for employment creation and economic development.
