Abstract | In the rapidly evolving business landscape, organizational agility has become a critical factor for survival and sustained growth. This study explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on enhancing organizational agility. AI technologies, such as machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation, are transforming how organizations operate, make decisions, and respond to market dynamics. By streamlining processes, enabling real-time insights, and fostering innovation, AI empowers organizations to adapt swiftly to environmental changes and customer demands. This paper highlights key areas where AI contributes to agility, including strategic planning, customer engagement, supply chain optimization, and workforce management. The study also discusses challenges such as data quality, ethical considerations, and the need for continuous upskilling. The findings underscore the role of AI as a catalyst for agility, positioning it as an essential component of future-ready organizations. |
