Abstract | The advancement of information technology has been widely applied across various sectors, including banking and online shopping platforms. This study investigates the impact of mobile banking and M- shopping consumer behavior. A total of 300 active Mobile banking users for M-Shopping was selected as a research sample. Employing exploratory research with a quantitative approach, the study utilized SPSS Data Tool for hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis it is found that Mobile banking and M Shopping significantly and positively affect consumer behavior. |
