Abstract | Multiple stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty, HEI administrators, alumni, and other interest groups, acknowledge the government's efforts in enhancing digital education as a valuable initiative. To evaluate stakeholder perspectives, a structured questionnaire was distributed among 209 faculty members from arts and science colleges in Chennai, and the collected data was analyzed using statistical tools such as percentage analysis, the Kruskal-Wallis test, and multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that gender and specialization significantly affect perceptions of "Support for Telecom Infrastructure" and "Provision of Uninterrupted Power Supply in HEIs," while academic experience influences views on the "Availability of E-Textbooks via the E-Pathshala Website" and "Faculty Capacity Building Training Programs." Regression analysis further reveals that strengthening telecom infrastructure holds the highest beta value of 0.61, demonstrating its critical role in the qualitative development of HEIs. |
