Abstract Dragon fruit, a fruit crop that are cultivating large scale for its economic need. Many types of its varieties are available such as the edible portion is red, white, purple, orange, yellow in colors. Besides the nutritional properties, the fruit also contain properties such as antioxidant, antidiabetic, antiviral, anticancerous, antifungal etc. This article provides a comprehensive review of the current understanding of Physico Chemical, Nutraceutical, Morphological and Anatomical Features of Dragon Fruit.
