| Abstract | This qualitative study explores the socio-economic challenges faced by transmen in Kerala, India, highlighting their experiences of marginalization, exclusion, and resilience. Through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis, the study reveals the complex interplay of identity-based discrimination, structural violence, and institutional neglect. The findings underscore the need for inclusive policies and interventions that address the specific needs of transmen, promoting a more nuanced understanding of gender diversity and social justice in contemporary Kerala.
