Abstract	ABSTRACT-Palliative radiotherapy effectively manages symptoms like pain and bleeding in gallbladder cancer patients. It offers localized treatment, minimizing systemic side effects, and can be combined with chemotherapy for enhanced symptom control. Radiotherapy provides targeted relief for specific tumor-related complications, improving quality of life for individuals with advanced gallbladder cancer. This review summarizes the role and benefits of palliative radiotherapy in managing this challenging disease, focusing on its symptom-directed application and potential integration with other treatment modalities.
