Abstract | The mental well-being of early-career faculty in rural higher education institutions is an underexplored area. Young professors often face challenges like job stress, unclear promotion paths, and lack of mentorship, which can affect their psychological health. This study uses Ryff’s six-dimensional model to assess the psychological well-being of young faculty members in colleges of Godda district, focusing on how institutional support influences their overall well-being. |
