Abstract | In the 21st Century, the development of artificial intelligence is the most intriguing technological advancement. Numerous sectors are being revolutionized by artificial intelligence (AI) and the fast-food restaurant industry is no exception. The use of artificial intelligence will bring about a major shift in the restaurant business and contribute positively to India's economy. The need for operational efficiency, improved customer experience, and cost reduction drives the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in fast-food restaurants. This study explores many significant applications of AI, including automated ordering systems, analytical forecasting, use of customer data. In this paper, we have also discussed future trends and AI based approaches utilized in the fast-food restaurant business |
