| Abstract | This research investigates how Circular Economy (CE) practices influence business performance, focusing on their impact on financial efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness. The aim is to understand whether circular economy practices—such as recycling, product life extension, and resource efficiency—can help businesses achieve environmental goals and long-term profitability. The study is based solely on secondary research, drawing from recent academic journals, industry reports, and case studies published between 2021 and 2024. These sources offer insights into how various businesses across sectors and regions have adopted CE models and what outcomes they have reported. A major limitation of the study is the lack of primary data, such as surveys or interviews, which restricts the ability to directly measure cause-effect relationships. Nonetheless, the secondary evidence suggests that CE practices often enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and improve brand reputation. However, challenges such as high initial investment and resistance to change can hinder implementation. The study concludes that while CE is not a one-size-fits-all solution, it offers a promising pathway for businesses aiming to align sustainability with profitability in the long term. |
