| Abstract | Health care Patient intake errors are very dangerous to patient safety, operational efficiency and it has detrimental impact on their financial performance and this is because of manual data entry, miscommunication and disjointed systems. This paper suggests an evidence-driven approach that is a hybrid of SQL-based validation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) techniques to reduce such mistakes in hospital intake processes. |
