Adductor Muscles strengthening exercise protocol received by each subject 3 times in week and outcome measure is groin pain asses by VAS for pre post treatment effect. Data analysis- statically analysis was performed using the SPSS (28.0) software data was analyses using t test. Statistics and Results: The mean VAS score before the protocol was 4.35 ± 1.04, indicating moderate pain levels. Following the intervention, the mean VAS score significantly reduced to 1.95 ±1.19, reflecting a notable decrease in pain severity. The statistical analysis yielded a t-value of 12.161 with a p-value of 0.000, conferring the reduction in pain was statistically significant. Conclusion overall, it can be concluded from the study that adductor muscle strengthening protocol is helpful in reducing the pain by improving the muscle strength. |
